A dream for many is to ride the Orient Express and what better way to see the world in style. Easily the most famous train in the world, the Orient Express has made a name for itself as the classic, Golden Age of Travel luxury locomotive from the 1920’s.
We are often asked does the Orient Express still run, and while the train as depicted in novels and films sadly hasn’t been in service since 1977, we do offer luxury journeys onboard trains of the same style and from the same era. Including the Orient Express sister train, the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.
So while it may not be possible to ride the Orient Express from the books and movies, it is still possible to ride her sister train as well as many other trains of the same style. All completely authentic and beautifully restored, LuxuryTrainTickets.com is delighted to offer some of the very best Orient Express style train journeys in the world.

Notable journeys onboard the Northern Belle include a classic Afternoon Tea, Murder Mystery and the special Lakes & Dales journey, otherwise known as the Settle & Carlisle Steam Special.
