What do I do if the journey I want is sold out? 

Our festive journeys - especially the Christmas market trips - typically sell out months in advance. If your preferred date is fully booked, please contact us to be added to a waiting list in case of cancellations. Alternatively, we highly recommend booking a festive journey as far in advance as possible.

Is there a dress code for these journeys?

Yes. A journey aboard a luxury vintage train is a glamorous experience, and guests are encouraged to dress up. Please avoid things like jeans, trainers, T-shirts and baseball caps. For trips that include an excursion, we recommend bringing a pair of comfortable shoes for walking. You can leave anything you like on the train during your excursion.
