In the afternoon, board the stunning Britannic Explorer train at London Victoria Station. After the check-in process, you will be shown to your private suite and introduced to your steward, who will let you know what you can expect for the next three nights, as well as where everything is on the train. After this, you'll be treated to a traditional Welsh afternoon tea as the train glides through Cardiff, Swansea and Carmarthenshire to the beautiful coast of Pembrokeshire.
In the evening, make your way to the bar car for a pre-dinner drink before taking a seat in the restaurant car for a seasonal meal by Culinary Curator Simon Rogan and Head Chef Alexander Wyn Lewis, showcasing the freshest seasonal produce.
After dinner, enjoy live entertainment in the Observation Car before settling into your suite for the night - ready for a full day tomorrow. The train will stablise at night to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

When you wake, the train will be traversing the dramatic coastline of Pembrokeshire: the ultimate way to start your day (that, and the delicious breakfast). Later, disembark at Llandrindod Wells for a guided hike through the Welsh valleys before sitting down to lunch served at Farmers' Welsh Lavender; an idyllic lavender farm located on a hillside. Then, rejoin the train for a journey along the Heart of Wales Line and into the Eryri National Park. This evening, you are treated to a spectacular seven-course meal on board, followed by lively entertainment and bespoke cocktails. When the night draws to a close, the train will stable overnight near Blaenau Ffestiniog.
