Eastern & Oriental Express Gift Voucher

1. Validity & Expiry

• Standard Validity: Each LuxuryTrainTickets.com gift voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of issue, as specified on the voucher.
  
• Extensions: If the recipient is unable to redeem the voucher within this period, it may be extended for an additional 3 months. To qualify for an extension, you must notify us within the 28 days prior to the original expiry date.
  

2. Refunds & Value

• Non-Refundable: All gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
  
• Face Value & Illustrative Journeys: By purchasing or holding a gift voucher, you accept that the voucher holds a face value equal to the amount shown. Any suggested journeys or experiences associated with the voucher are for illustrative purposes only and are subject to availability and price changes.
  
• Contractual Disclaimer: While we make every effort to ensure that website descriptions and imagery accurately reflect the train journeys, these materials do not form part of a legally binding contract.
  

3. Redemption & Price Differences

• Higher Journey Value: If the chosen journey costs more than the value of the gift voucher, the recipient must pay the remaining balance at the time of booking.
  
• Lower Journey Value: If the chosen journey costs less than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher as a credit, which can be applied toward a future booking before the voucher's expiry date.
  

4. Security & Liability

• Verification: For security purposes, the recipient's name must be provided upon redemption. Alternatively, the recipient must be able to confirm the identity of the original purchaser.
  
• Lost Vouchers: LuxuryTrainTickets.com cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed gift vouchers.
