Capacity depends on the train and configuration, from an intimate carriage for around 20 guests up to full exclusive use of the train for larger events. Our corporate specialists will confirm exact numbers once we know your event type and preferred train.
We recommend enquiring at least three to six months ahead for a full-train charter, and earlier for peak dates or larger events, as availability across our collection is limited. Smaller carriage hires on pre-scheduled journeys can sometimes be arranged with shorter notice.
