Your journey takes you westward towards Bristol, crossing the Severn Estuary into Wales, and following the picturesque south coast through Cardiff and Swansea. Continue through the lush Carmarthenshire, known as the “Garden of Wales,” until you reach Pembrokeshire in the southwest. Here, the dramatic coastline is adorned with historic castles and stunning sandy beaches.
As evening approaches, head to the bar to socialise with your fellow guests over a selection of signature cocktails. Then, take your place in the luxurious restaurant car for a meal crafted by chef Simon Rogan. Renowned restaurateur and Chef Patron of the three-Michelin-starred L’Enclume, he is a true pioneer of farm-to-fork cuisine in the UK. As the sun rises, casting its glow over the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline, get ready for a day filled with adventure amidst Wales's picturesque landscapes. By mid-morning, you’ll arrive in Machynlletha- a creative hub known for its Museum of Modern Art.
