Inspired by the views from the train window and prepared by Head Chef Matthew Green, the Northern Belle Christmas Menu has been designed to offer the highest level of quality to compliment your journey. The provenance of the food served was an important aspect in creating the dishes and the courses present the freshest and finest ingredients sourced locally wherever possible.
Complimenting your dining further is the beverage menu that features an extensive collection of the finest wines, champagnes, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. The carriage stewards are always on hand to recommend the perfect accompaniment to your meal. And as always with every journey, if there is anything you should require while aboard the Northern Belle, the stewards are always delighted to assist.
