1. Promoter
The promoter is Golden Moments International Ltd, trading as LuxuryTrainTickets.com, 119 Winter Road Portsmouth Hampshire PO4 8DS.

2. Promotional period
The offer is available on qualifying bookings made between [00:01 GMT, 01/11/2026] and [23:59 GMT, 30/11/2026] inclusive. Bookings made outside this period do not qualify.

3. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested on delivery. Employees of the promoter, its group companies, and their immediate families are excluded.

4. Qualifying bookings
A qualifying booking is a single confirmed booking of two or more tickets for the same journey and departure date on any train advertised on LuxuryTrainTickets.com. Separate bookings are not aggregated. One wine duo per qualifying booking, regardless of the number of tickets booked.

5. The offer
Successful bookers will receive one duo of wine (two bottles). The wine is delivered to a UK mainland address and is not served or provided on board any train. Bottles are subject to availability; the promoter reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.

6. Delivery
Delivery is worldwide and may come direct from our supplier. We make no guarantees with regards to delivery time.

7. Cancellation
If a qualifying booking is cancelled, amended below the two-ticket threshold, or otherwise fails to complete after the wine has been dispatched, the promoter reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the wine (£50/$50USD/€50) from any refund due. Standard booking terms and cancellation charges apply in all other respects and are unaffected by this offer.

8. No cash alternative
The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed against the cost of any booking.

9. Combination with other offers
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless expressly stated.

The offer is available while stocks last. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the offer at any time; bookings already confirmed at the point of withdrawal will be honoured.

Personal data supplied for the purpose of delivery will be processed in accordance with our [privacy policy] and shared with our fulfilment partner solely for delivery of the wine.
